RUSL IT Service Center
The IT Service Center provides centralized technology support (software, hardware, and account services) to the RUSL community. The objective of the IT Service Center is to be a single point of contact for customers who need assistance with incidents, problems, questions, and to provide an interface for all technology activities related to RUSL IT. Our services are offered via phone, email, and our walk-in IT Service Center located in the university premises.
- Hours of working: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m
- After-Hours Emergencies: Only situations with broad impact, such as security problems or the network or e-mail, are down.
