The Center for Information Technology Services (CITS) at Rajarata University of Sri Lanka has officially launched its new website: www.cits.rjt.ac.lk.
Designed to improve accessibility and transparency, the website provides comprehensive information on all services offered by CITS. As a central service hub for the university, CITS supports staff and departments across the entire campus.
Key Update: Online Service Requests Now Available
Starting from July 16, 2025, all service requests must be submitted online via Google Forms, replacing the previous paper- and Excel-based systems. These forms are now available under the “Services” section on the website.

- Laboratory Allocation
- Campus Network Maintenance
- Computer Repairs & Maintenance
- Issuance of Technical Specifications
